Hi.

My computer and camera were stolen from my apartment last night while I was out. I called the police and everything, but there's not a lot they can do, since the theif was wearing gloves. What crafty criminals, there are these days.

Anyway, if you see a Power Mac G4 and its power supply has kind of a flimsy cord holder, it may be mine. Let me know. Thanks.

Hmm, sounds like somebody knew that you had a computer and camera, and also knew that you would be out. Also seems they were either prepared because of the cold or possibly because they've been exposed to too many CSI episodes. Very Happy

Sorry to hear about that. Will keep an eye out for macs that fit the description.

Was locked. Unfortunately I live on the bottom floor and they just broke the window next to the door and unlocked it.

Theft is quite a problem here in Korea. There was a racket this summer somewhere in Korea, didn't see where, where a guy would go around to homes and apartment and saw off the bars of windows to get into the place.

I imagine illegal gambling is helping to fuel this trend.
