While my wrangler was at the house for the cable modem a couple of weeks ago I asked her about my mail. I pointed out the box on the neighbor's house and asked if it was a mailbox. I asked if she could ask the neighbor about it. The chatted and went over to a gate that was behind my neighbors house and my wrangler says maybe I can use one of those.
Now I'm thinking how will the post office know I'm using one of those boxe? Don't the boxes belong to someone else?
A few days later my water bill is laying on the concrete in front of my door. I thought maybe the water guy just left it. It wasn't in an envelope. I ask and the teacher at work say it was mailed. A few days later I find my cable bill stuffed in my door. At some point someone said I can buy a mailbox at the post office. (I thought this was strange since most people in the US buy them at Wal-Mart or a hardware store.) They are only $5.
I got an electric bill on Friday that I think says was due on Thursday. I wonder if I got it late because I didn't have a mailbox.
I'm thinking these little white mailboxes would make good Christmas gifts. Will they sell me three more?
