Can someone please tell me what this is?

How do I know what my size is by Korean measurements (for ordering clothes online)?

Whitey wrangler? IT is a reference to the Korean person at a hakwon whose job is to take care of the foreign teachers.

In smaller hakwons it will be your director. In larger hakwons there is a go-between you and the director.

The term is a take-off from a wrangler; a cowboy who looks after a herd of cows so in this case a Korean who looks after the "herd" of white people at a school.
