Korean Actress Angry about Porn Sites Using her Name

Actress Kim Hye-su was dumbstruck that she has become a PR girl for Internet porn sites. Some porn sites are indiscriminately using Kim's name in their email advertisements.
In order to spark curiosity in Korean Internet users, some porn sites are attaching Kim's name to the titles of email advertisements they randomly send out. They have titles like, "Kim Hye-su's Shocking Total Nudes," and "Kim Hye-su's Nude Release." Thinking the mail might concern information about Kim Hye-su or movies in which she has appeared, Internet users are instead shown porn site advertisements that are full of obscene pictures and writing. There are even times when opening the email connects you immediately to porn sites.

I guess there must be some Korean porn being made domestically, since manufacturers send e-mail to Korean citizens, in Korean, and using a famous Korean actress' name to lure potential customers. |

Good !!!
Koreans and Korean companies plagarise and use foreign people/products/foods/goods/movies etc all the time to make their own "Korean" rip off versions or to promote their products.....
its good that some foreign country is doing it back to korea.... it would be great to say - "I hope that makes Koreans think TWICE before they start ripping off foreign goods etc - but I doubt they will stop...... |
