My friend has her own company (tax company)...if it possible for her to give me the paperwork to get a visa? ie just have my name on the payroll.... then after I get it I'd be free to work at other places...

E2 class Visas are for teachers of foreign languages. Only registered institutes can sponsor this visa for you.
Even if your friend was able to secure a visa for you, you would not be legally free to work anywhere you wish.

Unless your friend's company is a registered language institute, then no. E2s are solely for teaching foreign languages. Maybe she can get you on an E7 or something.. but, the proper paper work is required. Check it out here: http://www.moj.go.kr/HP/ENG/eng_03/eng_306020.jsp

IF they can get you an E2, they could also grant permission to work elsewhere, and you can go to immigration to legally work elsewhere. they would tax you and everything on your new job.

isnt this possible? this would be like when a teacher works at a summer camp, and gets permission from their school and immi, am i wrong?

To get Immi's permission to work elsewhere, is the same thing as just having an e2 for that 'elsewhere' location. You would still be tied to that 'elsewhere'.
