Hi everyone.
I'm a 27yr old kiwi married to a Korean man and 22 weeks pregnant.
Is there anyone else that would like to meet regulary like a support group. Or is there already a group that I can join?
I've got a great hubby, but I'm getting bored because my friends often go to places like Geekos (Itaewon) which has too much damn smoke.
I would LURVE some people to learn Korean and do yoga with. ( Sorry this is starting to sound like a personals ad).
Anywho, would appreciate any feedback or ideas to keep me from turning into a permanent couch potato. |

| There is ANZA( Australian/New Zealand Womens group). They meet every 3rd Tuesday at the Grand Hyatt for coffee mornings. You are sure to meet many mums who have had or are having babies here. They also often have family gatherings in parks ect. The website is www.anzakorea.com |

Have you heard about International Spouses of Koreans Assoc. I found them to be a great support when I lived in Korea.
Here is their website:

Hi Melstar!!
I hear ya and am in a similar situation. I'm married to a lovely Korean too, and am 18 weeks pregnant. I have just started yoga and made several attempts at learning Korean over the past few years but am still pretty dismal relative to time spent here.
Would love to chat, compare pregnancy experiences etc. |

Wow, so many ladies pregnant! Great!
ISKAKOREA is a great group - I am the Daejeon coordinator, although we haven't really done much! There is a picnic coming up I think, so check out the website and see when it is!
Good luck with your pregnancies!!! |
