I'm always paid on the Friday before. Not sure what the hagwon policy is thought. Why don't you just ask your director?

My school is pretty great about pay thought. A few years ago, when it looked like CHB bank was going to go on strike, the uni paid EVERYONE 10 days in advance!!!

If my pay day falls on the Saturday or Sunday, I have always been paid after the weekend.

My pay date is the 5th. But last month I was paid on the 1st. As long as enough students have paid their tuition, and they have the money, it doesnt matter to the owner.

I get paid on the 25th of each month. If the 25th is a holiday or a weekend I get paid the day before.

Everytime the 10th falls on a weekend, our hagwon pays us on the monday. There was even a time a couple years back where the tenth was during Seollal/weekend. So they paid us on the 4th so that everyone had money to enjoy themselves over the break.

But it depends on place to place. Some are shady, some are not. Like other posters have mentioned, ask the director or supervisor.

If it falls on a Sunday, I'm always paid the Friday before. The boss is pretty good like that Smile He knows we need our money for the weekend and whatever it may have in store haha.

None of the above. I get paid on the 1st of each month for the previous month worked. I like it, work, get paid. It would be ideal for the midnight run but this school is so good no one has done one. Maybe that's why they're not afraid to do this.
