Post something, anything, that has nothing to do with the United States?

it is evident that some posters (or their socks) seek only to post things that have to do with America. Why is that?[/b]

I don't agree with you but if you need a reason I have one for you:

America is the dominant or pre-eminante force in international relations, politics, the global economy, military power, global commerce and branding.

America is the 21st century's first and (currently only) empire and so people want to talk about it. America is the also the first empire that has been subject to oversight on the part of the general public, thus us talking about it means that we are fulfilling our role in the dynamic.

I'd like to talk about Morrocco, but no one gives a rats ass!

Nah, too obvious.

You are referencing the most persistent propaganda campaign on this forum, Pligannease...

No, it is not possible. Some people's existence is defined only in relationship to the US, strange and dysfunctional as that is.

Well, I more or less agree with you- it's without a doubt the thread about the dumbest person currently on the board.

Exclamation Question

Who exactly is it that's getting flamed here?

This perhpas says something about your own obsession with America. There are plenty of threads on which the topic of America does not come up. Perhaps those threads didn't interest you?

Good one. Yeah, you pegged me.

Except, if you had a clue, you might realize that this was referring to certain posters who quite rarely ever post anything that isn't about the United States.

However, I am soooo glad for your psychoanalysis, even if the OP was, as simple as it is, over your head.

Your opinion was implied in the thread title. You must have just got back from persecution camp, did you?

I hadn't quite thought of you as a tent.

I understand very well the meaning of the word some; you had no need to put quite so much time into educating me, but thank you nonetheless for your very gracious efforts.

I find it hard to believe that some posters are so obsessed with America that they can think nor post about anything else, and wonder about your obsession for them...
