|
|
Transfering money back has been well documented; transfering money to Korea has not been.
If anyone has done this before, what kind of info is required?
I know outward one needs acct#, bank address and transit number. How about inward?
BTW, I'm with KB.
Big thanks in advance. |

Pretty much the same when sending money back home, you will need bank address, account details, account name and number and you will need the routeing number this is of great importence because with out it you will be *beep*-ed. You will need to go to your bank in Korea and obtain the routeing number and address, once you have done this you are ready to rock and roll. I have done it twice and it took about 2/3 days for the money to show up in my keb account here in Korea.
Hope this helps |

| my US-based brother sent me money as a birthday gift through western union... you can withdraw the money from Finebank or KB, the former's better... just have the MTN# (from western union) and your ARC ready... |
