And if you do, do you regret it or no? I'm thinking of getting mainly so that I can get Star Sports in English. My Korean friend says Skylife gets a LOT of complaints.

You're better off just watching starsports online...if your computer is fast enough to show it properly
I also bought skylife just to watch rugby on starsports and the someone told me its available for free online:(

Go to sopcast.org and see if your computer can show starsports properly before you get skylife

I have Skylife, but Starsports is crap this year. I wanted Starsports for the rugby, which had good coverage the last few years, but this year they have very limited coverage. On the plus side, I get BBC Entertainment. At last I can watch some quality comedy Smile. By the way, if you have a Mac, you can't (or at least I can't) watch tv online. I have had to rely on downloads this year Sad.

I despise skylife and I don't even pay for it!!! The frickin' reception craps out at least once per week and always when you want it the most. i.e when it's raining or snowing! Rolling Eyes

Yeah I had the same problem untill someone told me (not the skylife guy) that when it craps out during a storm, you have to switch off the box at the wall outlet and then switch it on again...then it reboots itself
Before I knew that I went days without skylife because i thought the problem was elsewhere:(

So what were the terms of your setup? I am not a rugby fan and am more interested in the soccer. But damn, I don't want to buy the equipment.

Yes, I had to pay for the equipment and setup and it stung quite a bit. My 원장님 went to bat for me as the building owner didn't want a satellite dish installed, and now I'm the proud owner of the sole satellite dish in my entire building. The BBC Entertainment really does make up for the cost, as far as I'm concerned. As far as soccer goes, I've just done a very quick check and Starsports seems to be showing at least 2 FA cup games (one old game and one 2006/2007 season) in the next 2 days. There may be more but not with football or soccer in the title. It's pricey, but it's been worth it for me.

The E.P.L is on Starsports (Skylife)every Saturday night at 11.55. Usually 2 games, with the first being live. You get another game on Sunday night. Also Champions League and F.A cup games every couple of weeks, or less. Not bad if you're a football fan.
