There's a good book 'Picture Stories' (also a follow up 'More Picture Stories.') I just sold my copy, so can't recall author and publisher, but if you're near a bookstore you can find it. It's a thin, A4 size b/w copy with about 15 picture sequence stories with follow up activities.
Alternatively, make your own by cutting out pictures from magazines and sticking them together. Students make their own wild stories from these.
Also, you can use storyboards. There are a list of websites which contain printable storyboards listed on my site below under 's' for 'storyboards'. |

Yeah, I had the same problem.....
fortunately, I have a whole set of "Action Pictures", set sequences that I use for creating stories and especially books. Students love to finish the year and leave with a personal book that is their own English, something they created. Easy to do and a great activity.
Bogglesworld has some cartoons with the bubbles erased. Also, I have a set of story pics on my site. Click teaching and then scroll to find actionpics. This might work to make a cartoon story, about a guys day.

The link "Clear storyboard that prints well" is broken. |

Try to find a book titled "Action English Pictures" It's a great book and I use it in a number of different activities w/ my more advanced special classes. It works great and the students grow with it....Great book! |

The amazing feature is knowing where to find what you are looking for, before you look for it. Nothing on the homepage identifies that page the way you identified it. |

I agree Bogglesworldesl is not very user friendly and also, didn't mean to appear condescending (which I think I might appear to be, now that I read it back).
My own feeling is, there is too much on the web. Got to get good stuff, workable, teacher friendly stuff, proven and usable with brief explanations of methodology. That would be the best.
If anyone is wanting to use video in the classroom, I'll soon have a link to some hard to get videos for use in the classroom. Some great Korean stuff and soap opera type stuff for teens, science, geography , personal stories, folk tales, kids stories...that kind of usable stuff.
