|
|
Hey all,
I bought an Ocean calling card from the foreign food discount place in Itaewon. I've tried calling home (Uk and Ireland) but keeping getting some message about an unregistered area code or something. Any idea what I'm doing wrong or will I have to go back to the shop?
Cheers,
Brian |

I find the best card for calling the UK and Ireland is the pink and red "For You" card which is also available in Itaewon.
When you dial your number in the UK it should look like this:
E.g 44 1322 666582
You don't need a plus sign or 2 zeros before the country code, nor do you need the zero in front of the England area code.
If you still have probs I'd say your card is a dud mate

| don't be afraid to take it back if it doesn't work. The vendor gets credited for it so its no loss to him. |

Yeah I was putting in the zeros, oops! Turns out it doesn't make much difference. "The person you are calling knows another call is coming. Please wait while we try to connect you." Oh how my family must love me, lol? Sorry, Brian who? Think you must have a wrong number |
