Have you noticed it, too?
I can pick them out of a crowd, the ones who have lived overseas for a significant amount of time, and actually learned something about a way of living and thinking that is "free". There's something in their face, something in the way the talk, walk.
Encountered one today at the supermarket. She apologized for the rudeness of a Korean lady there. (See my subposting to the thread "Another benefit of xenephobia . . ." for details.) |
