Anyone got any information on teaching in Gimhae (near Busan)?

I would like to know about the city, Gimhae Office of Education, vacation days, do they pay an extra 100,000 a month for being outside Busan etc ????

What are the schools like ?? factory workers kids??? do all the bright kids go to Busan Middle schools ???

Any info appreciated.

I don't work in Gimhae, but my friend does. She's actually employed by the Busan education board. She likes her job. Classes sizes are smaller than in Busan, and she sees her students a couple times a week. The only disadvantage is that she was given an apartment in Busan so it's a bit of a trip every day to school, but they don't make her stay on campus for a full eight hours each day, so it's not so bad as it otherwise would be.
