I have to visit someone near Suwon. Will the subway trains that are not underground still be working with all this snow? Coming from England, everything stops when it snows! |

Subway will run.
It takes a pretty good layer of snow here to make anything stop... or even slow down. |

There is also a bus that runs from Seohyun to Anyang. I can't remember the number. Catch it on the street between Imae-dong and Seohyun-dong across from the Subway sandwich shop.
If you walk out seohyun station (doors closest to McDonalds) and go straight ahead to the 2nd cross street. Turn left. watch for the subway and dunkin donut shop. The bus stop is across the street. It is a 5 minute walk from the station.

edited in after the fact: It is the 303 bus that goes from Bundang to Anyang. |
