20% of crimes by Koreans and what, perhaps 50% of crimes by foreigners in Korea? Actually, of the crimes I've witnessed by foreigners (vandalism, assault, sexual harrassment if that's an official crime here), 100% have been related to alcohol. |

What about teaching illegal privates? How many of those are related to alcohol? |

My big crime is not putting my food wate into those orange bags. usually not alcohol related. |
