Ok, does anyone have the skinny on this? Common sense would tell us that a country that spends trillions (in won) on English education would have SOME sort of TEFL courses. So, does Korea have ANY?

The British Council in Seoul runs the CELTA course in Jan/Feb each year:

Unfortunately, applications closed on November 16th, but you can always give them a call if you are interested.
P.S You don't need to be British to do the course there.

I've seen this topic discussed extensively on another thread - but can't remember which one.
There's also Sookmyung Women's University that offers a TESOL and MA TESOL course.
British Council usually has higher fees for its courses. |
