does anyone know of a very good reasonable Immigration Lawyer in the US? i currently work in Korea, but i will soon marry a filipino, who lives in the philippines right now. I also will start working on my Masters online in Jan. My long term plan is to eventually return to the US and teach, but traveling forever is not out of the question. I know that 70% of all people in the USA who need ESL help are of Hispanic descent. So i believe a logical move for me would be to get some experience teaching in a Spanish country. I need help on how to have my soon-to-be-wife by my side.
I would love to return home and visit family and friends after my contract here and introduce everyone to my wife. After that go to my next job in maybe mexico?? I cant afford to go work in mexico after my degree is complete because of student loans. After Mexico, prehaps return to the USA. So far i have been told my best route would be return home with her on a fiancee visa and marry in USA, get her a "parole" to travel abroad, but this could take up to a year. I hate to quit my job to get married(but i will).
I know my situation is complex, so i think i better contact a good lawer for advice/help. `Any other advice from you all would also be appreciated. thanks poorman
