I'd go through a travel organization in N. America, like Hosteling International. Or google "travel insurance," and just make sure your plan covers the country you will be in and reveiw what exactly is covered. |

I have been curious about this too. I could google it, but I would like to know if anyone has had one that put out It's somewhat difficult (even with checking who finances them and then checking up on them) paying premiums to a company I am not totally sure will even be around when I need them. Does anyone know any big ones for Canadians (I would like to get internation health insurance on a constant basis, even if I am covered in Canada, which I'm not as a non-resident, and Korea). |

Wouldn't it be a lot cheaper if you bought it in China? Have you tried contacting a Hong Kong company? I'm sure they can set you up with coverage that's good for the mainland. |
