Essential in Seoul.
If there's a single area of the city where a new building isn't going up, you're lucky if you live in it.
Add all the racket from motorbikes, truck sellers, Koreans' overzealous use of the carhorn.....
If I was a dictator, I'd have harsh as *beep* noise pollution laws.
Some noise is inevitable but Koreans are tekkin't fookin piss! |

I have ear plugs (wax and silicone) and an eyemask courtesy of the Emirates airline. 
I don't really need the plugs as its reasonably quiet where I live in Osan. The noisiest thing is the refrigerator as my appartment is small and the fridge is only 6 feet or so away from me. |
