| anyone know a ballpark figure for this...i came out here 2 months ago on a 3 month return that flys back on the 20th Dec, have called the airline and they say it will cost me approx 400k won to change the date to this time next year when I will be returning after finishing my contract, just trying to work out if it would be cheaper to change the date or just get another on way home when the time comes... |

| I just did a search on sidestep.com and a one way to London was 15 million won for Dec 20, 2006. The search didn't go for next year. I would think 400,000 is a good deal. If you're a teacher (assuming) won't your school pay for this? |

Your problem lies in the fact that your new return date is MORE THAN 1 year from the issue (initial flight) date hence the huge adjustment cost.
It is still cheaper than a new ticket however. |
