Anybody know anything about this place? This is the second time they advertised in two months. Maybe because nobody can find the application form on the website, but is there another reason?

Ain't that the truth. And I was/am a web programmer with a BCS. Anyway, incase you truly couldn't find it (not saying you couldn't  ), you need to allow popups (which your browser is probably stopping) as the application form was in a pop up window (if it is the same job I am thinking of). Their requirements were pretty strange if I remember correctly too.
I don't know about the school though. |

Nope, I well and truely couldn't find it!
The browser isn't stopping it; I get pop ups all the time.
Guess they'll advertise again in Jan.  |
