I've been trying to find Korea's international rank on the TOEFL iBT. I vaguely recall reading somewhere that it was 150th. Does this number sound correct?

Thanks,
Hoss

Korean perception: Economy strong, but global image weak
Korea ranks 6th in the world for the number of Internet users and ranked first in the number of subscribers for high-speed Internet. Korea's international experience and national image, however, ranked low. Despite high interest in English education, Korea ranked 93 among 147 countries on the average TOEFL score.

TOEFL Test War in Korea
About 15 percent to 20 percent of test takers are Koreans. The proportion is higher than that of any other country. Annually 80,000 Koreans take the test, but Korea has only three officially authorized testing sites. That number is insufficient.

Dude, you left out the best quote.

Quote:
The tyranny of the Educational Testing Service (ETS) is getting worse. ETS has been pushing practical English ability, and it included a speaking test in its new system, Internet-based TOEFL (iBT). It also suddenly raised already-expensive test fees.

The horrors!! Practical Englishee.
