Korea Kung-Fu Federation. There are kung-fu gyms in about every city although they are a bit difficult to find.
Try searching for KUOSHU, the acronym the federation goes by and you might find what you are looking for.

There is a kung fu studio right by Ewha Woman's University subway station on the upper floor. It's right across the playground. |
