The EPIK website says no tax on earnings for FTs but the contract NETKorea offered me says the opposite. Whats the deal??
Footprints offers what they say is the same deal as EPIK but does not appear under that scheme. Are they one and the same??
Is air-pollution in Sokcho and/or Gangwon province non existent??
Am I likely to get sick again like i did in Taiwan from the air-pollution if I teach in Gangwon province??
All constructive advice is much appreciated. cheers, ad. |

If youre American youre tax exempt for your first 2 years.
Footprints is just a recruiter. Sounds like the job offer is with Gangwon EPIK, which is semi-independent from the national program.
Air quality in Sokcho is excellent with the exception of a few days in spring when most of Korea gets hit with yellow sand blown in from China. |
