Hi all.
I just quit smoking, again. Two weeks tomorrow, which is the longest I've gone in four years.
Anyway, I'm looking to sink in a little money and get my teeth whitened. Right now they're so yellow that my friends feel the need to tell me to fix it. They repulse even me.
So, what are the different methods to get teeth whitened, and what are the differences?
I'm thinking price, long term effects, method, safety, that sort of thing.
I tried the whitening toothpaste they sell here, but it didn't work.
Can anyone help me out on this?
Thanks. |

So, I think your best bet is to have someone in the States or Canada buy you a box or two of Crest White Strips, and mail them here. It'll work, if not the first time then the second. And it's WAYYY cheaper than the dentist. Good luck, and stay smoke-free. More power 2 ya! |
