Does anyone have experience doing homestays back in your native land?
With the whithering housing market back in the US, we're thinking of shelving our plans to sell the house and instead use it during the winter/summer breaks for homestays. We'd be able to make it work if we could get 5-6 kids per 6 wk. break, charging 7-8million won each. It's in a nice part of Florida so we would include lots of fun things like obligatory disney visits, kyaking, alligators, beaches, etc....
Does this sound feasible? Any hints/tips/shared experiences would be appreciated.
