10) Aforesaid banner must contain nonsensical english phrases in large letters.

1 Child safety is of no importance, let them learn by making near fatal mistakes.
19) Costly cure is preferable to easy prevention.
20) The Korean co-worker must interpret the opinions of the wehgook to the management using discretion: preferably to cover her own ass and enhance her status.
