Someone chewing gum really loudly. Especially popping small bubbles.

Someone rolling chestnuts or those stress-release balls around in their hands. I basically have to leave the room when that stuff starts up.

Living in a goshiwon one time, surrounded by thin walls, with the people in the rooms around me having a habit of falling asleep with the TV on, and having the 'end of programming' hum going on all night.

The vegetable trucks that drive up and down the street with their megaphones. Especially the ones that have to pull over in front of your building and talk to ajummas for 30 min, while leaving their voice recording on.

I'm not the killing type, but if I ever did, I think it would start as a result of a grating noise.

tall glasses being filled up with liquid- it really bugs me and I don't know why. It's OK if I can actually see the glass, but sometimes people use a sample of that sound in music and it's rancid.

If I were a superhero, my arch nemesis would be a gum-snapping ajuma or secretary or the ilk. This sound has caused me to get off buses and wait for the next one just to get away.
The "propaganda fruit truck" used to drive me nuts, (when I first came to Korea, I heard the loudspeakers on the trucks and thought they were dudes spouting propaganda..so the name stuck) but I've become accustomed to it.
Lastly, when people bite down on a fork or a spoon or any other metal implement, I have to fight the sudden urge to punch them in the face.

The sound my jaw makes when I'm chewing. It goes click-click. Sometimes I just punch myself in the face at the dinner table.

My next door neighbors girlfriend. I've never heard such a dischordant screamer.
And them spanking each other is a close second. Sounds like I'm getting boxed in the ears.

I'd say it has to be people grinding their teeth in their sleep... I never heard it before until I went to visit my sister and her ex-bf.. he was grinding his teeth and it made me cringe. Confused
