I've seen one or two people with rat / lap dogs on the train.
Seen someone with a cat in carrier as well, the couple got a couple of disapproving looks from neighbouring passengers, but there was no noise so no obvious problem. |

If you mean on the subway, the sign says no dogs but I have seen very small dogs carried on the lap of some passengers.
I have never seen a larger dog on the subway.
I don't know about the real train but I suspect they have a no dogs policy. |
