but after adding wine to the stock and sampling a little... the juice for the stuffing is addictive..! |

| Turkey is over-rated. It has more bird taste than chicken. Chicken's more over-rated, but milder. I prefer subtle bird taste. |

mmmmmm.......turkey juice......
The stuffing is the hardest part. Most people can't make a good stuffing. Me included! |
