My mum brought me gravy and stuffing when she visited in November. I don't think you can buy it here.
I'll swap you some for a round of yorkshire puds, just like mama makes them, please....(like where can you get flour? ) |

To make stuffing
Bread
1 or 2 eggs
onion
garlic
salt
pepper
herbs
tear bread into chunks
add chopped onion and garlic
add salt, pepper and herbs
add eggs add water if mixture is to dry. Stuff into chicken or make into balls
bake
you can also add dried fruit like apricots
to make gravy
use the juices in the roasting dish, add water (stock if you have it) flour to thicken. if you have it adding a bit of marmite is good too |

Thanks for that. As a person who didn't even realise you could buy gravy or dressing until a couple of years ago, it made me laugh out loud! (Almost as much as seeing instant mashed potatoes on the grocery shelf for the first time.) |
