Norton (NAV) is reporting this as a virus on one if my machines but cannot clean it. I have tried manually deleting it, but that fails too.
I am OK to do a format and reinstall but any other ideas? |

If you are having a problem with getting rid of a virus/spyware make sure you turn off windows system restore then remove the virus/spyware. then turn the system retore back on.
To turn off windows system restore go to help and support in the start menu go to pick a task "Undo changes to your computer with System Restore" then settings then turn off on all drives |
