I lived in the bookstore Shakespeare and Company for a little more than six months, and then moved around the corner in a studio on Rue de Petit Ponte with the help of the book store's owner.
So, knowing the area quite well, while I was watching the movie I tried to map their route and was doing well at first, and then not so well.
I wondered if it was one continuous route, or if there were shots in different parts of the city and edited to look like on route.
If it is one route, I would like to know it so that my wife and I can walk it when we go to Paris in February.
Thanks ahead of time.

On a side note: There is a really well done film about the bookstore titled
Portrait of of a Bookstore as an Old Man
