I've got mixed info on what is open/closed today. Would I be wasting my time going to Sinyongsan or Dongdaemun to explore?

Hell, I'd even go to the bank, if it was open. How does this holiday work here? I've only been in-country for a month.

So, the Kyobo bookstore in Dongdaemun isn't likely to be open?

Kyobo bookstore is not in Dongdaemun. It's in Kwangwhamun.
