Can I just go with my ARC to the clinic and receive insurance? Thx

Get a hold of your boss, or if you can the insurance company, and report the lost card.

Odds are if you have to go to the doctor you will just pay out of pocket (and it is not that expensive here) and get reimbursed later. If you go to a doctor or pharmacy that you have visted before they SHOULD have your insurance info on file and won't need to even see the card.
