I just thought I would warn others that the earthquake has broken data lines all over Asia. As a result, some banks can not issue funds and such. I bank at Citibank, because my hagwon makes me.

I have been told that the Post Office can issue funds with your bank card/book...
Hopefully you are not caught in a bad situation without funds, like I almost was.
