sorry for the censoring...

the band's name is F**KED UP. the album is called "hidden world".

this album is blowing my mind.

i posted this on the brokeinkorea board a while back. i'm reiterating it to the masses because, well... people need to know.

what i said there:

"it's so pissed off. it has classic sounds on it - it really sounds like it was recorded in 1981 or something, sonically, recording and song structure-wise. it even has stuff on it that is spacey and weird.

like one of those records that does exciting, fresh shit with formulae that have been done 100,000,000 times before.

it's the kind of thing that both edgebot mosh kids and dudes who still wear boots and don't know that it's lame to wear boots unless you - 1. have a job or 2. ride a horse - would like."

108 (... sample "Curse of Instinct" - http://www.weare108.com/audio.php...)

Awright, I'm not sure what the hell the album title is, but it's got nice cover art:

i heard that the new 108 is good. i loved holyname... but is vic dicara praying to the blue guy again? i read a long essay by him that he was sort of kicked out of his fold because he started preaching his own take on iskcon doctrine.

there is no way the 108 album could wreck F**KED UP's new record. sorry.
