Shoot. We got to line up with the Korean masses in the early hours of the morning now, to get permission to visit the U.S.

Australia has responded by requiring any U.S. citizen to go an Australian Consul or whatever to get a visa before they come to the U.S.

It also seems that Australians need to brush up on their English before coming to the United States.

I would have thought the states would cut their little subservient asskissing brothers and sisters some slack considering how much they have put out for them.

Don't ask us to come save you then when the Chinese decide their historical waters extend down to the tip of Stewart Island. What did you do with your armed forces anyhow?

Serves those jerks right after what they did to one of our posters. Hopefully the US will up the ante and only allow them to visit if they agree to a six month tour in Iraq.

Why? Don't Australians get 90 days under the so-called "visa waiver program"?

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but as far as I know he's not Australian.

It's bloody annoying that Australia requires visas for just about every nationality because it makes problems for us on the other end. Australian immigration is about the world's rudest, most unpleasant experience - even for Australians.

But why would we want to go to the USA if this is the kind of reception we can expect:

If you're referring to the Australian/American thread, by the way... Anybody who can't see a problem with a thread starting with, "Do you have problems with Australians?" is in need of a little help.

I know, he is a Kiwi. If you studied anything other than 'Miffy Goes To The Beach' at uni, you would know that Stewart Island is the Southernmost point of NZ and that as an Australian, I was making reference to the lack of Kiwi load-sharing of the defence burden in the Southwest Pacific.

Good, almost as good as England fans singing (to the tune of 'Yellow Submarine')

'You all live in a convict colony, a convict colony, a convict colony'
