| I was looking into putting a heavy bag on my apt. roof. I'll probably need a stand to. Where would be the best place to find this? I need at least a 100 pound bag. |

You could maybe get a Kilo bag or so from the Nigerians in Itaewon, but 100 pounds?! That's a tall order. |

| Not sure where you live, but you should ask, or get a korean to ask a boxing gym where to get one. The owner of my boxing gym gets discounts for me on all of the gear too, so maybe you can work something out. |

Their are several boxing supply stores around DongDaeMun Stadium. I've seen heavy bags there but I'm not too sure about the stand. And the stand will be pretty heavy. You would probably need to have it delivered and assembled. Which might require some Korean.
You're best bet is to have a co-teacher or Korean friend help you order it online. http://www.boxingmall.com/ They also, have some free standing models which are nice.
My recommendation. In DongDaeMun, they have a thick foam product that can be bolted to a wall. Great for uppercuts and hooks and straight punching. But you can't move around. If you have a cemet wall you would still need access to a drill. |
