Some ajoshi in my villa sometimes goes to his motorcyle/scooter (I can't see it, just can hear it) and "revs" it at maximum amount for a couple minutes every once in a while. He also seems to prefer to do this in the morning, if possible. Can any of you motorheads tell me why he does this?

maybe he hates his motorcycle and wants a piston to seize???

Its getting cold here and any sort of high revs after a cold start is just plain mean.

Other than that I have to fall back on the old adage....
