Since yesterday i have this problem with my computer:
Whenever I open a webpage it takes forever to load the page unless it's a low-graphics page
It seems to have a problem loading any pictures or graphics on a webpage
Where there is supposed to be a picture of graphic, it just shows a red coss or nothing at all
Can anyone help me to fix this? |

Some webpages have been slow due to the earthquake in Taiwan. Is it happening even with D ESL Cafe? |

I heard about the internet breakdown across East Asia but haven't noticed any slowdown myself.
For the OP, my checklist would be to run a virus scan, spyware scan, defrag, and then point the finger at his/her modem or ISP. |

Maybe, maybe not. I cannot exactly tell you how this works. In my case I noticed slow speeds on expat-advisory.com and I ran a traceroute. It also depends on the ISP. Try running a traceroute and you might be able to figure out somethings.
I did not notice any difference in hotmail. I have a Hanafos connection. |
