|
|
Hey, has anyone seen a Pentax K10D in Korea, yet?
I was just searching the "internets" and saw that Don Won (K.s Pentax distributor) announced the K10D over a month ago.
So, where the h*ll are they? I might want to buy one before, say, I get tired of waiting and buy a Nikon or Canon. (ps: I know of and don't want the Samsung re-badge) |

남대문 is the best place to go. A number of shops there have the K10D in both gray market and 정품.
Here are a couple of sites to get your started. These places have definitely had the camera, though you should call first to see if they have any in stock right now. The K10D is trickling into Korea slowly and should be in good supply before long.

If memory serves, expect to pay 950,000 for body only and 1,100,000 with the kit lens.
I have to say from the samples I've seen so far that the K10D files look as good as (better than?!) the D200. The ones converted from RAW, that is; I should hope Pentax will issue a firmware update for the in-camera jpeg processing. And those pancake lenses look *AWESOME*, especially the 21mm. |
