I need to buy chocolate chips for making cookies in camp.
Neither E-mart nor Kim's Club have them. Have you seen them anywhere? Homeplus? Homever? Hyundai Department Store? Hannam Grocery? I don't want to go on a wild goose chase so any info would be greatlyl appreciated.

Thanks

I have seen them in Homeplus, in the backing section. Very small quantities and Korean brands, so not sure of quality.

I think Hannam supermarket has them or maybe the grey market just before you go in. The red door in Itaewon defintely has them.

Carrefour used to have them - I should think that Homever will have them, too.

Or buy a few chocolate bars and smash them up and call them chocolate chunk cookies.

The melting qualities may not be the same, but should be delicious.

Actually same, same. I made some weed cookies when I lived in Brazil using a smashed chocolate bar, sure wish I had the weed to go with them here.

Don't think I could trust anyone enough to even try that, from what I understand drug charges are pretty steep in Asia.

Agreed, crazy to do it here although it would make the Camp a little more interesting. Very Happy Brazil however, no problem, ah man I miss Brazil.

Found them at Homeplus. Apparently Homever also carries them.
Thanks for the 411.
