Never heard of the school. Suwon compared to Seoul? Think of New Jersey and New York City. Seoul is big, exciting, loud, polluted, with clubs and shopping. Suwon is smaller, not so exciting, quieter (depending on where your apt is), a tiny bit less polluted, and limited shopping. It's a suburb with a fair amount of expats. It's not really a nice suburb, compared to say Bundang. But it's liveable and pretty close to Seoul.
