I needed to find a new place nearer to Kangnam, so I'm looking for someone to take over my old apartment.
The apartment is a small 1-room apartment in Itaewon. To be more precise: it's in Itaewon 2-dong, on the other side of Haebangchon, up on the hill for those who know the area.
The rent is 350,000 and the deposit is 350,000. The apartment has a fridge and washing machine. It's free immediately.
