I've been teaching English to little kids for the past two years and now I'm getting a little tired of it. So I'd like to try something different. I'll do 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 private tutoring. I live in Yangchungoo Mok-dong. I guess we can pick a cafe for a place to study.

I was born in South Korea and I speak flawless Korean. I'm just getting a little sick of little boys picking their noses during class. (No, I don't have the nerve to tell their mothers that their sons are booger-eaters.)

PM me if you're interested. Wink

Cause what he's doing is illegal. The teacher and the person paying the teacher get's a fine if they are caught teaching illegally. A Korean teaching privately is illegal. A Gyopo on an F visa is illegal.

That's like me saying "hey I got some sweet weed...wanna buy some?"

Of course I'm going to get flamed and them some.

Guys probably immigration looking for another way to screw over whitie.

Plus...that's how you meet your first girlfriend. Get her to 'teach you'.
You can probably get it for free. It being whatever you think it means.

No it isn't, dumbo. Maybe for YOU it is. Who said it's illegal for Koreans??? It's only illegal if you're already a school teacher or work at a hogwon. I'm not a school or hogwon teacher. And I thought you can have almost any job with F4 visa, am I wrong?
BTW, not every foreigner is male. Getting some "body language lessons" from a young Korean chick is probably not the same as learning Korean from a teacher or tutor.
My hourly rate is the same as ChuckECheese's. Somewhat negotiable though.

It's illegal if you don't pay any taxes on it.

I'd be interested, on one condition. You must teach me all the 'bad' words in Korean first.

This is the only country I've ever visited where I didn't know how to curse after 2 days. Hell, I know how to curse in Russian and I've never even been to the country. I had a Russian roommate once tho.

No. No. and No.

Koreans are allowed to "tutor" legally. It's the number one part-time job for uni students. F4s are considered to be Korean, as are F2 and F5s for the purposes of determining which jobs they can work. Privates are not illegal for them, either.

For Tourist visas, WHV, and E-series visas, yes. Illegal. Not for F-series or for Koreans.
