where can I buy chocolate ripple biscuits or something similar? As well as whipped cream? I am having friends over next week and wish to make chocolate ripple cake. If this can't be done, where can I buy a chocolate bavarian or the ingredients needed to make one?

I do not believe you can buy actual chocolate ripple biscuits in Korea. As an alternative you could use those OREO biscuits, you can buy them at a lot of big supermarkets in Korea. If not, I would use any plain chocolate biscuit. The OREO biscuits have icing in the middle, you may need to remove this, as it may end up too sweet. Cream can also be found at most large supermarkets, E-Mart etc. Good Luck.

Be sure to drop into the Australian shop in Itaewon if you are in the vicinity. There prices are reasonable and you can get lamingtons, rumballs, pies etc Your guests might enjoy that.
