Sure you can call it. But it won't be free.

EDIT: Just re-read the title and saw "How" in it. Sorry. I dial 002-1-800....etc. and it's pretty cheap. Not free, but still reasonable. Other idea is to get a card. Or you could try a Korean travel agent.

| Use a phone card and dial through a Korean number. 800 numbers are not free from Korea. Expedia probably has a non-U.S. number listed on their website, but I'm too lazy to look for you. |
