If it's oolong tea you mean, you can get it in Insadong. There are a few tea shops towards the bottom of Insadong-gil that sell it. They are the only places I have found that regularly stock it. It's a wee bit expensive though. |

Some of the streets stalls in Myeongdong near the Chinese Embassy sell teas from China; don't know what prices are like as I have always just walked by them. |
